Comment by Sarah on July 17, 2009 at 5:04am - That 5 means - Five In A Row -or FIAR. It is a curriculum that incorporates all subjects but phonics and even Math. We supplement with Phonics and Saxon Math with the FIAR study. We love it! The books are amazing and my kids don't really think they are doing work! We make the lapbooks throughout the study of the book. With the young children you could make them ahead of time and read the books and then do the activities in the lapbook.

- Sorry for the length of this video - but I found as a "newbie" to lapbooking I would have all these questions about how they made the lapbook, etc when I viewed other videos here. I will try and make the others not so long, but what do others think? Do you like longer or shorter videos? Thanks for looking!
