Lapbook Lessons

Well, after almost a month I finally see an end for our transportation lapbook. We have studied cars, buses, trains, boats, airplanes, submarines, and space shuttles. Oscar is so proud. I decided to do this one in a 3 ring binder and have files inside for each category or mode of transportation plus a section with generic things that go. Today we made paper airplanes and sorted cards into air, land, and water. This was a grand activity which we did several times! Also, I made a coloring book of construction vehicles and he painted them with Bingo Dobbers. He thought this was great fun. Tomorrow is the final mini book on T is for.... train, transportation, truck, etc. After that he can show it to his parents and put it on his bookcase.
I am planning to start next week on Goodnight Moon...if that is what the Spirit leads me.
