Working on Colonial America

I posted a few more picts of our Colonial America Lapbook.
This time I made the little mini books ahead of time and they filled in the information.
Right now I'm still at a point where I'm just thinking they should write the info.
We haven't really collected enough stickers and cutouts that relate to Colonial America.
I don't know where to find stuff like that in a short time. If I get anything, it is straight from the computer.
I don't really have space to collect other American things for future lapbooks.
I'm afraid the children are a bit board by it all. They are excited about creating the lapbooks and showing them to Dad, but overwhelmed by the info they have to remember to write about in the books.
I'm not really sure how to improve this.
Any suggestions?

Have you seen the Evan Moore History Pockets on Colonial America? If you have not. You can actually download ebook format of the book. And it includes fun stuff that lends itself greatly to lapbooking. I will be studying Colonial America with my six children this year during our unit studies with Konos. We really enjoy that.
