Have you started listening to some Christmas music yet? I started today. Right before Thanksgiving I get in the mood for my favorite time of the year. This is the week we usually begin lots of holiday baking to get in the mood for the season. We will also (for the second time around) begin Advent on Dec. 1st. We had lots of fun doing it last year.

This was the first lapbook we ever made when we first started homeschooling last year. I didn't know how to put a lapbook together but I did my best. After putting this together with my son he decided he wanted to keep making lapbooks because he said it was fun to do. I think what he likes most of all is going back through the lapbook over and over again to see what we did.
