Hi Kay,
I am sorry that I haven't really been around lately on Lapbook Lessons. I have been somewhat busy. I was looking at my page when I noticed that it said on top, that Kay and I are friends. I want to be a good friend. I still love lapbooking. I just haven't been doing any. I think I fizzled out. But I want to get started again. I just love this site! Valerie is so sweet and I love that here I can find things I really need for homeschooling and encouragement too! So, I guess I am just saying Hi, and I am back.

Oh, I'm so excited! We are just starting an American Revolution unit this week - I can't wait to see your Washington stuff! ~~ We have a bookshelf full of lapbooks, too. The kids keep asking me to take pictures and load them here, but I just haven't had time yet.

Did you see the mini books at Kidzone I believe it is the itsy bitsy mini books and then perhaps edit them for your own lapbook? I have done this before and they fold quite nice and they are easy to work with just the editing can be time consuming though.

Yeah I was really hoping to find some templates and things for a guinea pig lapbook myself, I did see the one at hands of a child I really didn't want to spend the money right now but, I just may have to. Like your son our 10yo son also is guinea pig crazy especially since we just rescued two ourselves. (So we now have 2 guinea pigs with cages for free) YOu want one...LOL
