- About Me:
- Hi! I am a 37-year-old SAHM. I am married to a brilliant artist and together we home preschool our four-and-a-half-year-old son, Benjamin.
I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer, so our homeschooling is taking a more relaxed approach this year.
This year we are using a project-based approach to our learning, so I am accumulating all sorts of materials for Ben to use in his studies. Lapbooks have proven invaluable because I can research & prepare information when I'm feeling well and on my "off" days, we can assemble the books at our own pace.
I just began treatments, so we're in for a battle for the next year...but I am confidant I will be cancer-free soon! :o)
