About Me:
I am the chief creator and bottle washer at Teacher Book Bag. I'm in constant search for great sites to share with my 2,500+ Book Baggers. (We are going through the creation of a new website!!! Yahoo!!) I believe in creating affordable, quality materials, and I'm always in search of creative talent. I'm not selling anything on this ning according to the rules. I would love to share what I have and what I know. I'm here primarily to learn how best to create lapbooks that homeschool families really enjoy using. I'm open to input. I've made many, many mistakes, but I've been successful in a few lapbooks. You can reach me at MyTeacherBookBag@InsightBB.com .

Sharing As I Learn...I Have Materials to Give Away

There's so much that I have to learn about lapbooking, but I believe I have a great deal to share. I'd love to give away a lapbook to "Lapbook Lessons" that I created for Teacher Book Bag called Pocketful of Penguins Lapbook, and it's currently on CurrClick. I'd love to give it away between now and January 19. It's the second eBook in a series. You don't need the first eBook to complete the lapbook. I'd love feedback. I also have a two page set of directions on creating a four pane… Continue

Hi Donna, I hope you are thawing out in Kentucky. My brother travelled there last week on business and was telling me about all the difficulties. I pray that things are back to normal for you.

I wanted to tell you that is it so much fun watching how your business has been taking off in the last 6 months or so! God is certainly guiding you on this path. Congratulations on your new website - I can't wait to check it out next week! :)

Oh, I'm sorry to hear that Donna, sometimes it's hard for us all to meet up at a particular time too because we're all over the world. It's amazing the diversity of people in this group, and having it online really tailors to those of us with different needs.

I did share with the chat attendees, of your special link, and I just did a post about it in the forum area...hopefully that will get some more attention brought to it :) You can check it out here

Anyway, I hope that you get settled in here on LL, if you need any help or have any questions about something, just let me know :)

Blessings,

Valerie

Donna -
Happy Thursday! There is great work going on over at Teacher Book Bag! Thank you for all you do!

I am not a techno guru, but I know files can be added through the "Contribute" tab at the top of the LapbookLessons page. Click on File Share under the Contribute tab. When the new screen opens, you can open a discussion and attach files. I know there are others here that are a lot more savvy about this. Hope it helps a little(?)!

This is a Kit Kittredge Lapbook based on the Movie that was just released this Fall 2008.
