Wow you did your lapbook all in one day...I'm impressed...it usually takes us a week or two to finish one...but we do other schoolwork with it. I haven't done one on the zoo..but if you go to the top of the page and in the Search put in Zoo..you'll find some others that have. Also this is a great website http://www.homeschoolshare.com/animal_studies.php just click on the different animals and they have all kinds of links. Also, check out this site

I see that you work fulltime, are you going to try and work and homeschool or are you believing to be able to be home?? I homeschooled my middle son for two years and may again next year?? Haven't decided yet...I am homeschooling my 4 year old for Preschool and we will start homeschool Kindergarten next year. Any assistance I can be to you let me know. I have links for some good websites and have checked out curriculums for next year.
