I haven't yet taken any pictures, but we have completed our first lapbook and are now working on a second one.
The first one was just for my daughter. She is 8 years old and has begun the book called
Polished Cornerstones and the
Keepers At Hom handbook. The first scripture she has had to memorize for them was Proverbs 31:10-31. We checked a book out of the library called

I plan, over the next couple of weeks, to begin two lapbooks on Ancient Greece for the 8 yo girl and one of the 10 yo boys and an Ancient Rome lapbook for the other 10 year old.
I am not very artistic so I plan to use a lot of free clip art. Today I also realized another helpful source. I own the Usborne Internet Linked World History Encyclopedia and the Usborne Internet Linked Science Encyclopedia. On their website where you go to links, there are downloadable items like maps and other images, such as a food chain or a deciduous leaf, etc.
I am going to buy the folders tomorrow and get started. I'll let you know my progress!
