Lapbook Lessons

For our first topic of the new year we'll be focusing on the Four Seasons! (These will no longer be monthly topics, but I'll post them as often as I'm able, and I'll notify ya'll of new ones that are posted!)

So gather up your links and post them below. If you can, let us know what type of link it is.....i.e. to a Lesson, or a Printable, or game or something like that! It will help us organize the information together to make it easier to navigate and quickly find what you're looking for!

I know this is not a lapbook but here is a Webquest I made in school on the four seasons. It has great resouces to teach younger children about the four seasons. To view it go to file and webpage preview and if the links do not open the actual links are on the resource page.

Great idea to start with the four seasons, I was going to start winter with my daughter, but this is even better, all I have so far is weather bear, that I was going to glue them into magnet sheets as dress up dolls,
I put it in 4shared, I hope is o.k. please let me know if you have any problems downloading it, this 4shared account is new for me, just trying to learn as I go,

Hi Clemencia,
I tried this link and it's not valid. It sounds so cute. Can you try to put the link up again? Thanks so much for the superb idea!

This is a good idea! I'll try to participate. One thing I wanted to share thought is the verse Ecclesiastes 3:1 would be a great one to put in a seasons lapbook. "To everything there is a season..."

One of our favorite books about seasons and the calender year is "The Year at Maple Hill Farm" by Alice and Martin Provensen. It is a book on Sonlight's book list, I can't remember what core though maybe K.
