Here are some common ways to resolve the issue of the LapPass not
working.
First of all, the Lap Pass is different then your Member Username
and Password.
The LapPass code is
Username: LapbookLessons
Password: John316
1. You must allow Pop-up's from our site. If you
don't you won't see the Authorization box, in which you need to
enter the code. You can usually do this in your Tools or Settings
from your browser bar. We don't have any other Pop-up's on our
site, (i.e. you're not going to be bombarded with ads or anything)
it's just the way our Authorization box is set.
2. Once you've allowed Pop-up's, direct you're browser to this link
to log into the File section. You might want to bookmark that link
for future reference.

3. After clicking that link you should see a pop up box, like the
one below. Enter the above LapPass code, exactly as it is written.
Caps is important and it must be exactly the same.

4. Once you've done that you'll be
taken to this page, where you'll see a Big Red Thumbs Up. This
means that you've successfully entered your LapPass Code, and if
you scroll down you'll see a directory of our Free Lapbooks.

If for some reason the above steps don't work for you and you still
can't access the files, try the following solutions.
1. Refresh your browser
2. Clear your browser history
3. Try a different browser (Firefox, or Chrome for example)
4. Try a different time (it could be the server is overloaded with
visitors at the time...this often happens when we announce a new
lapbook, so please be patient or try a bit later)
5. Try a different computer (friends, or library ect....)
If you're still having difficulty please report your issue below in
the comments section....with detailed examples of what you've
tried, and what happens or doesn't happen. Please include the
following information in your comment:
1. Type of Browser you're using (i.e. Internet Explorer,
Firefox...ect)
2. Link you're using to access the LapPass area
3. Which steps you've followed above
The clearer you can be, and the more information you send me, helps
me to troubleshoot the problem with you. (As well as helps others
who might be having similar difficulties)
Please keep in mind, that this is a very large group, and it's JUST
ME :) I'm in NO WAY a computer expert, (I've been doing this for
just about 2 years) so I'll try and get back to everyone in a
timely fashion with any ideas to help, I can't promise anything,
but I'll do my best to help. Blessings, Valerie
